Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available for products with latent defects.
- Custom or commissioned items are non-refundable unless discussed and agreed upon with Revo Engineering.
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a refund is approved, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued as store credit.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Email proof (photos or videos) of the damage or defect to info@revoengineering.co.za.
- Once approved, you may choose between a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.
